As a certified performance coach I have coached women and men in executive offices and boardrooms to become healthy, empowered, genuine leaders. I have created distinct leadership programs in 3 different countries.

The ability to create trust in a group and support the unfolding of group wisdom is a gift I bring as a highly seasoned facilitator. Being able to read group dynamics is key to ensuring group members feel seen, heard and appreciated and underpins the transformation into a team that genuinely cares for and connects with one another.
Speaking for Impact
As an award-winning speaker, I have spoken on stages in Canada, the USA and Australia. I am currently a speaker coach for the esteemed TEDx Perth organisation. I ran my own public speaking and storytelling company and was Spokesperson and Head of Communications for The Sheldon Kennedy Skate across Canada.
Experiential education
I worked as an Outdoor Educator for Outward Bound International. To this day I continue to use the outdoors as a classroom for personal growth and I continue to study the science of yoga, meditation, and happiness.
Master Life Coach 15 years
I am a certified life coach with none other than Oprah’s own life coach, Dr. Martha Beck. I have run my own life + leadership coaching practice for fifteen years with clients from all over the world.
Women’s Empowerment
I have run women’s empowerment programs with LuluLemon in Perth, Sydney and Singapore. I created and launched Women in Leadership Canada’s distinguished mentorship program and continue to advocate for women’s voices and speak professionally on women’s influence, wellbeing and wisdom.
